Practice Makes Perfect...almost

Since I've been too lazy to actually apply makeup, I've been practicing a lot on face charts.

These are my latest charts in the order they were done so you can get an idea of the progress I've made.  Some of the photos were taken with my droid, so the quality isn't as great, sorry for that.

My first male face chart

This was actually inspired by a look I did for a client.  She was going to a Gatsby themed party.

I know this isn't my original creation, but my fiance challenged me to do this one.  Not yet finished though.

I hope you guys liked these charts & if you've been discouraged from doing them, don't give up, just keep practicing!  I've gotten so many tips from artists on instagram like @Kilprity (Face chart KING in my opinion) @Moisesartnyc @ger_ber & @sstrazzere.  They're my faves<3

Hello my beauties & welcome new followers, 

I'm taking a break from playing catch-up to share my holiday inspired looks with you guys.  The one I have for you guys today I put together for MakeupGeek's weekly challenge.  I haven't decided yet if I'm going to use this one, or come up with another.  I think it's a little bland for me to enter into a competition, but you guys take a look & let me know what you think!

I created this look the night I picked up two new MAC shadows; Sorcery & Haux, and was a little board, so enjoy!.

I wanted to try and used only MAC shadows & I think I did except for one.  Check out the products I used below!

Morning everyone!
Just wanted to share some news with you guys really quick.  This week has been so exciting for me.  After doing Nina Sky's makeup last week (No I haven't posted about that yet, still waiting for photos) I've had a LOT more confidence in my skills & I've now been booked solid for this weekend with both beauty & Halloween clients.  Yay! This look has been a long time coming.  I wore it about a month ago when I hung out with some friends, just as the Summer was ending.  I hate letting go of the Summer weather, but I absolutely LOVE fall fashion & makeup, so since Fall is upon us & orange is going to be a big color this season I wanted to create a smokey look with it.

I was inspired weeks back by Erica Gia (@Eka_Gia on instagram) who is effing AMAZING!  I don’t usually wear lipstick because I never like the way it comes out, but her lip designs are so unique, creative & beautiful that I had to give her style a try.

Wing-Man: Robin Inspired

I wanted to add one more look to my mini Batman series (maybe I'll add more, who knows) & thought Robin would be a good addition.  He's Batmans wing-man & I took the idea literally when I created my cosmetic adaptation of Robin.

My creative juices haven't really been flowin' since summer classes started, so I kinda forced myself to sit in front of the mirror, but I'm glad I did.  I knew I wanted to use blue, but blue shadows can go disastrous really fast & you can end up looking like this:
