I created today's look a MONTH ago, hence why the name is so autumn-y. I know, worst blogger ever, but I'll be better promise!

Bejeweled
Hi my lovely follower,
Just wanted to share a quick look I created a few weeks ago. If you follow me on instagram you're probably bored with my blog because my looks go up there weeks before they make it here lol. This isn't a full face look because it was a work day & as you know I don't wear much besides shadow & liners to work.

Wing-Man: Robin Inspired
I wanted to add one more look to my mini Batman series (maybe I'll add more, who knows) & thought Robin would be a good addition. He's Batmans wing-man & I took the idea literally when I created my cosmetic adaptation of Robin.
Here's the look:

Blue & Copper using MAC Pigments
Yippie!!!!
I have FINALLY caught up with all my old looks & we're on to newer & better things! I got anxiety every time I opened my folder & saw those looks there that still had not been published, but they have been & its over! Are you excited, cause I am!!
OK granted, this look is from last month, but it isn't from April or may lol. I've used MAC pigments before & I really like them, but to use loose shadows on a day-to-day is really annoying for me. I don't have much time to get ready in the morning & I still make a mess with them. So, since I've had my teal pigment for a while now, I wanted to created a look using mostly MAC pigments.
**I'm sorry this isn't a full-face look & I'm even more sorry for my fuzzy brows lol**

MUG Weekly Challenge Batman Inspired: Harley Quinn
I'm sorry in advance!!! I was really excited about this challenge so I typed A LOT & included a LOT of pictures. I hope you enjoy :)
This weeks challenge from MakeupGeek is to create a look inspired by any character from the Batman series. I've never read the comics or anything, but I've seen most of the movies & I used to watch the cartoon series on WB way back in the day. I chose Harley Quinn because her character was pretty bad ass in the new Batman games& it rekindled my love for her sick & twitsted ways.
She was only Joker's crazy girlfriend/sidekick/punching bag & not really a crucial character so I wasn't surprised she wasn't included in the recent films.
This is the face chart I designed for Harley had she been in the Dark Knight. Normally she's portrayed as really attractive, innocent, but keeping in mind how the Joker was portrayed in the film-and how nuts-O she is-I decided to make her look crazed like he was.

Ocean Gradient
My creative juices haven't really been flowin' since summer classes started, so I kinda forced myself to sit in front of the mirror, but I'm glad I did. I knew I wanted to use blue, but blue shadows can go disastrous really fast & you can end up looking like this:
Haha!

Fresh Summer Look
Hey everyone,
This look is a few weeks old, just like the last. But first, last week I was cleaning out my phone & deleted my blog photo album so I am away that most of my older posts are missing pictures. Big thanks to Nikki from MakeupJunkie for pointing that out to me. I am in the process of replacing all the images, but the older ones are spread out between 3 computers & I'm having some trouble tracking them down so please bare with me.

Sexy Smokey Eye
Two posts in a row! Woah!
I was bored last night & wanted to play around with my makeup & while I was contemplating what to create it occurred to me that my blog is called "Smokin' Colour" because I love not only fun, colourful look;, but smokey looks as well, duh. & since I haven't done a true smokey look in a really long time I though 'why not?'
This is the super sexy look I came up with

LOTD Kim K. Inspired & a... Blog HOP!?
LOTD Kim K. Inspired
As much as
I can’t stand her, or her family’s plot to take over the world, I can’t deny
that Kim Kardashian always has fabulous makeup.
So today I channeled Kim K. for this LOTD. I must say, I slapped this look faster than
any of my natural-eye looks.
