Kristin Ways Fashion Show

Hello Lovies, 

A few weeks ago I was contacted by Kristin Ways on Model Mayhem to help out with a fashion show she was orchestrating on Long Island.  If you don't already know, Model Mayhem is an AMAZING networking site for models, MUAs, photographers & pretty much anyone involved in the modeling industry.  If you are a freelance MUA you definitely need an account.  I've met so many amazing people already.  If you do already have an account, come add me MM#2875249.  But enough about that.

Ever since I picked up MAC's haux & sorcery eye shadows last month, they have quickly become daily products  for me.  Usually I go for bright and pretty looks, but lately the weather in NY has been a bit dull & dark & it's really been coming through in the kids of looks I've been wearing.  This is an older look too, but I wanted to share some photos & products with you all anyway.  Enjoy!

If you're like me, then you LOVE colorful shadows.  Also if your're like me you work in an office or some other place of business where you can't really express yourself the way you'd like with your makeup.  Fortunately my job isn't too strict & I do get away with a lot of looks that other places wouldn't allow, but I wanted to show you all two great ways to add color to your eyes without over doing it.

This look has been a long time coming.  I wore it about a month ago when I hung out with some friends, just as the Summer was ending.  I hate letting go of the Summer weather, but I absolutely LOVE fall fashion & makeup, so since Fall is upon us & orange is going to be a big color this season I wanted to create a smokey look with it.
